Tree Recycling for 2025/2026 Season

HOW IT WORKS:

Girl Scouts will drive through Sonoma Valley residential neighborhoods the first two Saturdays in January 2026.

To guarantee your tree is picked up, please make a reservation using one of the options below.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION please provide your name, address, phone number and preferred pick-up date using one of the following methods:
• Email to SonomaGirlScouts@gmail.com
• Leave a voicemail at (707) 205-1233
• Make an online reservation.

Put the tree near the curb by 9am SATURDAY morning with your donation under your doormat or make a donation online.  Trees will be picked up by sunset on Saturday.  Please email, text or call ONLY if your tree has NOT been picked up.

Suggested donation:  $15
To ensure your donation reaches us – checks are preferred.

NOTE: Remove Stand!!
Please remember we can’t take the following: decorations, tinsel, wreaths, garlands, or flocked trees.

RURAL AREAS: Please make a reservation to have your tree picked up if you are located in any of the following areas: Glen Ellen, north of Agua Caliente Road, west of Carriger Road (including Diamond A), south of Watmaugh road, east of 8th Street East / Old Winery Road, and the Mission Highlands area. If you live in a rural area – we request that you put your tree out on the road next to your mailbox and the donation attached to your mailbox or submit a donation online.  

Reservations required for all areas outside of the red boundary below.

APARTMENTS: If you live in an apartment/condo complex –
please attach a note to your tree with your apartment/condo number so the girls know where to look for your donation under the doormat or submit a donation online.
It is best not to leave the donation attached to the tree.
