Girl Scouts of Sonoma Valley are invited to march in the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival Parade, held on Sunday, September 25. Sonoma Valley Girl Scouts will march in the parade and help to carry Girl Scout banners, flags and signs. All Sonoma Valley Girl Scouts are invited to march.
We strongly encourage you to wear your uniform. Please try to wear vest/sash or Daisy pinafores over a white shirt and khaki pants/Capri/short/skirt. Adult volunteers are also asked to wear Girl Scout clothing/uniform with a white shirt and khaki bottom if possible.
The parade forms at 10:15 am and steps off at 11am. Please arrive at 10:15am to get organized before the parade begins. We will gather in the Parade staging area – ask Parade officials where the Girl Scout entry # is and they will point you in the right direction. Parade route marches around Sonoma Town Square.

WOW!!! I am so proud of Sonoma Valley Girl Scouts. You all did an awesome job leading the Vintage Festival Parade today. Everyone who came out and braved the random rain we had – showed up in uniform and had big smiles on as we marched around the square telling everyone that it was out 100th birthday! This is going to be a great year – keep up the good work and GO GIRL SCOUTS!!!!
